The system behind every listing
The Power Move Method™
Four pillars, one result. When we follow the plan, the results follow.
I won’t ask you to spend $1 if it won’t make you $3.
Pillar one
Diagnose
The Equity Protection Audit™
Fifteen minutes in your home before anything goes live. Roof, AC, wind mitigation, and the repairs a buyer’s inspector would find later. Most people do this about six months ahead, then we check the market again right before we go live.
The list price is the invitation to your home. It decides who walks through the door and who never sees it at all. We set it together, so you know where you stand with your equity before you commit. I would rather under promise and over deliver.
Pillar two
Reposition
The story, not the spec sheet
Three beds, two baths, pool is information. It is not a reason to fly to Florida and write an offer. We tell the story of what life actually feels like here, written to the buyer most likely to want it. The home doesn’t change. The way the world sees it does.
Pillar three
Visibility
Where the buyers already are
This is where the marketing money goes, and it starts before the sign does. Pre-launch ads build an audience already watching for your home, so launch day meets demand instead of creating it.
Then twilight photography, cinematic video, a 3D tour, and a site of its own. The Buyer Hunt campaign runs paid ads and retargeting at your most likely buyer, alongside MLS syndication and my email list. The Twilight Neighbor Open House comes first, because neighbors know exactly who has been wanting in.
Pillar four
Restoration
For a home that did not sell the first time
You already lived the first run. Showings that went quiet, a price drop that didn’t move anything, weeks where nobody called. The market formed an opinion of the home, and the longer it sat the harder that opinion set.
So we go back through it together. What went right, what went wrong, and what nobody looked at closely enough. Then it goes back out as something buyers haven’t seen: a different story, different photography, a different campaign, and a price set to the market we’re in now. A relist asks the same buyers to change their mind. A relaunch gives them a reason to.
It starts with the diagnosis
Before the photos, before the price, before you commit to anything. You keep the findings either way.
